Stepmoms' Strategy Circle

Therapist- led group for all stepmoms who arelooking for a supportive and informative group to gaineffective solutions and deepeer understanding. Some topics that will be addressed: 

*Finding your place when feeling like an outsider.

*Managing expectations.

*Setting healthy boundaries.

*Building relationships.

*Creating a shared understanding with your partner.

*Your partner's ex.

*And more!

In addition to the 8 weeks of in-person group therapy, you will also join a private group forum where you can continue to get the support and resources between sessions. This will also be where you can share what topics are most important to you for the upcoming weekly sessions.
